Penthouses are located on the 23rd to 26th floors, suggesting a premium and exclusive living experience at the top of the tower.

 Commercial Spaces: The building includes street-level commercial spaces totaling 7,633 SF. These spaces may contribute to the vibrancy of the neighborhood and offer conveniences for both residents and the surrounding community.

 Contemporary Design: The project incorporates a contemporary urban floor plan with twelve-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
