Building Sizes:  120,000 square feet, multiple tenants.

Tenant Flexibility: Buildings allows for flexibility in tenant arrangements, open Flex space Warm Shell design, to cater to a variety of businesses and contribute to a diverse retail environment.

The Fremont Times Square project is a retail condominium shopping center that successfully addresses design challenges while offering a mix of spaces suitable for both single and multiple tenants. The completion date of November 2009 indicates its operational status, and the complimentary tenant mix suggests a well-planned and attractive retail destination.
